1. Termination of the Agreement by the Buyer, who is a Consumer:

As per the regulations outlined in Article 7 of Act 102/2014, the Buyer has the privilege to cancel the Agreement without providing a specific reason. This cancellation can be exercised within a 14-day window, commencing either from the date of receiving the goods or the date of entering into the Services Agreement. However, Rotors Tech s.r.o. extends this cancellation period to 90 days from the receipt of the goods, contingent on the Buyer sending a formal Agreement withdrawal notice to pokkot.beauty@gmail.com during this extended timeframe. To initiate the return of the items, the Buyer must dispatch them to the following address: Plynárenská 4659/1, 821 09 Bratislava, Slovak Republic. Should the Buyer wish to exercise their right to cancel the Agreement, they are required to transmit a written Agreement withdrawal notice to the Seller’s contact address, including all pertinent documentation like the original invoice, testers, instructions, and any other relevant paperwork that accompanied the goods. This must be done no later than 14 days from the date of the Agreement withdrawal notice (as per §10 p. 1 of Law 102/2014 z.).

The Consumer bears the cost of returning the goods. If the Agreement is terminated within 14 days of receiving the goods, the Consumer is also eligible for a refund of the delivery expenses, equivalent to the most economical shipping option. In the event of a subsequent cancellation, the Consumer will solely receive a reimbursement for the value of the purchased items.

The specified amounts will be promptly refunded to the Consumer/Buyer, within a maximum of 14 days from the refund receipt date. Unless otherwise arranged, the funds will be reimbursed using the same payment method employed by the Buyer for the initial transaction.

2. The Consumer’s right to withdraw from the Agreement is restricted in the following scenarios:

1. If the service provision commenced with the explicit consent of the Consumer, and the Consumer acknowledged being duly informed that, by granting this consent, they forfeit the right to withdraw from the Agreement upon the complete fulfillment of the service, and if the full provision of the service has indeed occurred.
2. When selling products or offering services whose pricing hinges on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the Seller’s control, and such fluctuations might transpire when the Agreement reaches its conclusion.
3. For transactions involving the sale of custom-made goods, goods tailored to specific consumer requirements, or products exclusively crafted for an individual consumer.
4. In cases where the items being sold have a short shelf life or tend to deteriorate rapidly.
5. When dealing with the sale of goods enclosed in protective packaging that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene concerns, and said packaging has been compromised post-delivery.
6. For the sale of goods that could become indistinguishably mixed with other items after delivery.

3. Termination of the Agreement by the Entrepreneurial Buyer:

In cases where the Buyer is an entrepreneur, the option of Agreement termination might be substituted with a proposal for an alternative arrangement, contingent upon several factors including the condition of the returned item, the absence of warranties, and the prevailing market value of the returned item. The evaluation of the item’s condition is conducted by the Seller. In the event of a dispute regarding mutually agreeable terms, the Seller bears the responsibility for covering the return expenses. It is important to note that the Seller retains the right to bill the Buyer for any supplementary costs incurred. 

4. If Rotors Tech s.r.o. fails to deliver the order within a 30-day period from the order date, the Buyer is entitled to cancel the Agreement.
