Delivery options

  • Description: This delivery option allows customers to select a pickup point to collect their orders. They can pick up their orders at a convenient time and location within the SK Packeta network, including Z-Points and Z-Boxes. In case the customer chooses delivery to a pickup point, he will see a Choose pickup point button during checkout. By clicking on this button, the client will open the widget, in which he can select the desired pickup point for delivery.

  • Description: With this delivery method, customers receive their orders directly to their home or apartment. The SK Packeta courier service delivers the goods to the specified address. In case the customer chooses delivery to HD, he will see a Check shipping address button during checkout. After clicking on the Check shipping address a window with widget HD will open, and customer will be able to validate  delivery address. Customer can select the address to validate by placing a pin on the map. After clicking the Confirm selected address button, we will save the address and use it as the address for the packet delivery.

  • Description: This delivery method is focused on evening delivery in the city of Bratislava. The Packeta courier service delivers the orders to the customer’s doorstep at a convenient evening time. In case the customer chooses delivery to HD, he will see a Check shipping address button during checkout. After clicking on the Check shipping address a window with widget HD will open, and customer will be able to validate  delivery address. Customer can select the address to validate by placing a pin on the map.
